K-5 Computer Science Summit, Alaska Breakout next Thursday

Next Thursday, September 22, CS is Elementary is hosting a national summit for K-5 computer science education. The 1-hour event will split into two half, with the first 30 minutes including lightning rounds on how every elementary school can start or enhance computer science learning for all students. The second half hour will be breakout sessions for Alaska led by Alaska Staff Development Network Program Manager Cheryl Bobo, and include presentations by staff from Alaska Council of School Administrators and DEED. This event is for superintendents, principals, and other STEM/computer science education advocates across the state.
