Aug. 16 School Health ECHO designed specifically for teachers
Each Monday afternoon, the Alaska Division of Public Health offers timely information on COVID-19 for school administrators, staff and board members across Alaska via ZOOM. The next School Health ECHO on August 16 is being designed specifically for teachers.
In conjunction with the University of Alaska, Center for Human Development Project ECHO system, each School Health ECHO features public health experts to present updates and answer participant questions.
This session will address the updated CDC guidance for schools for returning to in person learning, what teachers can do to keep themselves safe and healthy, other factors to consider for the classroom, resources available and other teacher’s concerns.
To better accommodate teacher schedules, the start time of the session has been changed to 3:30 p.m.
Participants must register and can submit questions ahead of time via this School Health registration link.
