DEED Commissioner shares Alaska perspective with Stanford’s Hoover Institution Capital Conversation

Thursday Commissioner Michael Johnson shared perspectives from Alaska on remote learning and education one year into COVID-19 with a national audience through Stanford University’s Hoover Institution Capital Conversation Series.

Caroline Hoxby, a senior fellow at the Hoover Institution an expert in the economics of education moderated the conversation between Commissioner Johnson and Eric Hall, Chancellor of the Florida Department of Education.
