The Alaska Native Language Summit focuses on community, unity, and shared purpose in strengthening our languages. We invite all Alaska Native language groups, educators, teachers, learners, and language workers to join in collaborative work that supports language development in our communities, schools, and workplaces.
By coming together, we support our languages in ways that help us move forward and prepare for future generations. The Summit provides Alaska Native language teachers, learners, and educational teams with the tools and resources needed to teach and guide the next generation of speakers. Together, we continue the work of sustaining and advancing our languages for all Alaska Native communities.
